Now Hiring
The Cudahy Family Library is currently accepting applications for the Circulation Aide position.
A high school diploma is required; customer service skills, library experience, and computer skills are preferred. The job involves working with the public; duties include patron registration and checking in/out materials.
Wage is $8.99 per hour, 20-24 hours per week. Hours of work include evenings and weekends.
Applications are available at the Cudahy Family Library's Circulation Desk and must be returned before 8:00pm on February 22, 2012.
Applicants for the position will be required to take an exam on Monday, February 27, 2012, at 1:00pm.

Needles & More Class
Join instructor Alice Misko as she offers a class in beginning knitting, crocheting, and plastic canvas. Free of charge; all ages/skill levels are welcome!

The Friends of Cudahy Library are pleased to welcome Whitefish Bay resident Douglas Armstrong to the Cudahy Family Library to discuss his debut novel, Even Sunflowers Cast Shadows.

Volunteers from AARP will be at the Cudahy Family Library to help individuals file their 2011 tax returns.

Barbara Vey's Reader Appreciation Luncheon
Join us as we welcome 38 authors, including keynote speaker Heather Graham, to Wisconsin for an afternoon luncheon filled with fun, gift bags full of books, and door prizes. In addition, we will be raffling off many wonderful prizes, with proceeds benefiting four local libraries, including the Cudahy Family Library. Enjoy lunch at an author table, followed by a book signing.
